Mark your calendars!

For the second year in a row the San Diego Horticultural Society is partnering with the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, San Diego Chapter to bring you the Spring Garden Tour, and this year the location is North Coastal San Diego County.

A high percentage of the members of the APLD - SD are also SD Hort members, in fact, two of them are past Horticulturist of the Year recipients! We are incredibly lucky to be able to collaborate in this way and bring you the SUSTAINABLE BEAUTY - Gardens For All Life - Spring Garden Tour of Encinitas, Olivenhain, Leucadia and environs. There are big gardens and small, old and new, all aimed at inspiring gardeners of all types that sustainable gardens can also be beautiful.

Mark your calendars. Ticket sales start soon.

Want to volunteer at a garden for a few hours during the Spring Garden Tour this year and see other gardens for free? You will be able to do so soon. Karon DeLeon, our Volunteer Coordinator, will be contacting the membership about this opportunity soon. In the meanwhile, she can be reached at volunteer@sdhort.org.
