Are you buying micro greens at the store or farmer's market? They are nutritional powerhouses that you can grow yourself and Andrew will explain all the ins and outs of sprouting greens yourself.
We meet the third Saturday of the month at 1:30p at San Diego Oasis in Rancho Bernardo.

Did you know that Oasis has a personal water bottle refilling station? Bring your own water bottle to the meeting and fill up! Let's keep plastic to a minimum.
