TAKE A CLASS AT SAN DIEGO BOTANIC GARDEN


From a DIY Living Wall/Vertical Garden to Nature Bathing, San Diego Botanic Garden has the classes you want to take in November! To register, simply go online at SDBGarden.org/classes or call 760/436-3036 x 204.


Living Wall/Vertical Garden: Learn the basics of planting a living wall of succulents by making your own 10” x 20” living wall. One of the Garden’s most popular classes! REGISTER TODAY! This class fills up quickly! Saturday, November 3, 9 am – 12 pm.


Miniature Holiday Tree Workshop: Take home a beautiful mini succulent tree you make yourself. Just in time for the holidays! Taught by the SDBG Succulent Wreath Team. Saturday, November 9, 9 am – 1 pm.

Mosaic Ornaments: Create beautiful ornaments for your tree or for gift giving using mirrored glass, glitter glass, millefiore, beads, ball chains and tiny ceramic pieces. Choose from making a tree, angel, star, snowman or another classic ornament. Sunday, November 10, 10 am – 3 pm.


Forest Bathing: Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing is a way of connecting people to nature with positive health benefits. The idea is simply being and walking in nature in a mindful, guided way. Come try it today! It feels like one of the best massages you’ve ever had afterwards! One of the Garden’s most popular classes! Sunday, November 10, 9 – 11 am.



Sunflowers Beginner Painting Workshop: Lean how to mix colors with acrylic paint and create a beautiful sunflower field painting. No drawing skills required! Saturday, November 16, 1-3 pm.
