Pacific Horticulture Society has just added a new Ecotour to Costa Rica, operated by Sterling Tours Ltd., to its exciting 2019 tour line-up. While other 2019 tours such as Wales and Japan are sold out, there are still spaces for the following:
Botanical Hawaii, April 1- April 11. Come experience flora in their native habitat and in beautiful gardens on the Big Island, Oahu and Kauai.
Botanical Alaska: Wildflowers, Wildlife and Spectacular Landscapes, July 10 – July 20. Escorted by Saxon Holt, photographer. See flora and fauna in meadows and majestic landscapes. Learn photo tips from Saxon in mini-workshops on the tour.
Tuscany: The Treasures of Tuscany and its Gardens, September 28 – October 5. Enjoy a lovely combination of historical and contemporary gardens, villas and palaces, and a farm-to-table cooking class experience. Escorted by Linda McKendry. APLD members can earn APLD CEU credits

Australia, November 5 – November 19. From curated public and private gardens to those with sustainable practices, experience the diversity and dramatic landscapes of the east coast of Australia from Melbourne to Cairns. APLD CEU credits available for this special tour too.
Costa Rica: Exotic Flora & Fauna, November 16 - November 24. On nature walks, explore the sights and sounds of the Nectandra Cloud Forest Gardens, Las Cruces Biological Station and other significant ecological treasures and learn about environmental conservation efforts.
